“Thanks Dan. This is extremely helpful.” “you have given me enough to mull over. Thanks

so much.”

Just then Ron walked into his office. “I am so sorry Dan that you had to wait. There has

been a crisis and I had to attend an urgent briefing.”

“Not a problem Ron; I understand. Is there anything I can do to help?” Dan inquired.

“Not right now. I will certainly come to you if something is needed. Let us get back to our

subject.” Ron sat opposite Dan after picking a paper from his desk.

“Before we start, I want to thank you Dan for your suggestion on John; I was able to get it

implemented quickly and though still early, some improvement is visible.”

“How was your week?” he inquired.

“Thanks Ron. If I were to summarize in one-word, it will be ‘exciting’. There is a new

viewpoint and I see situations differently now. What you explained in the past two meetings

is not new; I have read and heard almost everything in bits and pieces. But you have given me

a new perspective. These ‘known’ pieces have fallen in place like a completed puzzle that

makes so much more sense now! Thank you for that.”

“You are welcome Dan,” Ron said referring to the paper he was holding in his hand, “I am

so glad you think so. However, let us now crystalize what we have talked last week and set us

up for today’s discussion.”
