He stopped and smiled again. “Original and immensely powerful thought Dan!”

Dan had been thinking of something else, ‘Am I not seeing another winning skill of Ron – he

admitted that he had not even thought of this concept. He could have easily maintained the aura of being the

all-knowing big boss by claiming he was aware. I would have accepted it without a question! By recognizing

and excitedly appreciating my ‘original’ thought, Ron not only demonstrated his integrity, but he also valued

me and elevated me to the position of a teacher. Boy, it feels wonderful!’

Seeing Dan in deep thought, Ron too had paused.
