First User Feedback
User feedback was done to two users. The first user who used to work with a taxi cab company was
shown an overview of the prototype. The objectives and aims of this user were:
• Evaluate the app from his own working experience Main interfaces shown to user
• What main functionality does he seek? were ‘interacting as a driver’
• Any main issues during usage? due to his driving experience
• Feedback experience
Although what was shown was

such feedback gave more
User found the interface very simple to interact with. However the user highlighted that he had options and a better ‘open-
issues with google maps navigation when opening from another interface. Therefore he suggested that source’ interaction for the
making a small screen on the app with google maps rather than opening externally may help. user.
Another interesting point mentioned by the user was that putting in more options and setting will help
the user feel more confident. Features such as sound, traffic updates and weather may also help.
