Logo Research
From the findings of the research in Define stage, I knew that the logo must symbolize
the role of older adults in the community. As the study suggested they are the YIN in a

society of YANG, a yin-yang symbol was the best representation of this. I did an initial
sketch and researched on various styles yin yang can be presented. I also wanted to
incorporate hands in it. Some iterations were made to highlight the coming together of
the two hands : Older adults and Younger Adults in the society.
