Fiscal Responsibility Workshop

There is no place like home. Why? Home is a refuge, a place of peace and
comfort. Home is where we make loving memories and encourage growth.
Seventy-four percent of millennial renters are likely to buy a home sometime
in the near
future. With
the growing
number of
millennials
seeking to
purchase a
home, many
are
inexperience
with the
home buying
process. On February 25, 2017, Epsilon
Gamma Omega Target 3 Sorors, in
conjunction with the National Association of
Real Estate Brokers hosted a financial fitness workshop at the
All Nations
Christian
Center. The
workshop
focused on the
home buying
process. Local
bankers,
brokers, and real
estate agents
educated the
attendees on
various aspects of home inspections, credit worthiness, home
buying programs, home loans, and the value of home ownership. The theme for the financial fitness workshop
was “Building Wealth through Home Ownership” Home Buying Process & Understanding the Role of Your
Agent.
