Employee Handbook




               •   Official email ID should be used only for business purposes. Personal or non-business use of the systems is
                   not permitted. Using Personal mail IDs for official purpose is strictly prohibited
               •   Each employee has responsibility to notify the ISSC immediately through email (issc.hyd@SHTPLcorp.com)
                   of any evidence of or suspicion of any security violation of this policy or any other Information Security
                   policy or procedure by another user
               •   Unauthorized access to network, telecommunications, or computer systems
               •   The apparent presence of a virus on a PC
               •   Any security weaknesses, any incidents, possible misuse or violation of any policies

               DO NOT:

               Below are the few points which employee is not supposed to do and any violation of these will be interpreted
               as misuse of the system.

               Employee shall not purposely engage in activity with an intention to:
               •   Degrade the performance of systems
               •   Remove an authorized user access to SHTPL
               •   Obtain extra resources, beyond those allocated without permission
               •   Gain access to SHTPL information systems without having obtained proper approval or proper
                   authorization for doing so
               •   Store, process, download, or transmit data that can be construed as biased (politically, religiously,
                   racially, ethnically, etc.) or supportive of harassment
               •   Download, redistribute or print copyrighted articles, documents, or other copyrighted materials or Assets
                   of SHTPL or its clients without authorization
               •   Employees should use only their own SHTPL email account and should not allow anyone else to access
                   their account
               •   Introduction of Open-source, Freeware and Shareware Applications whether downloaded from the
                   internet or obtained through any other media to SHTPL without prior information / permission of ISSC
               •   Installing or playing any computer games inside SHTPL premises
               •   Entering into unauthorized areas or try and test the weaknesses
               •   Disabling the anti-virus program at any point of time and especially during the automatic / scheduled
                   system scans
               •   Bringing personal gadgets like Camera/Laptop/Note Pads etc., into the SHTPL premises or taking out any
                   equipment from SHTPL without prior information / permission of ISSC
               •   Employee should not post network or server configuration information about any SHTPL machines to public
                   newsgroups  or  mailing  lists.  This  includes  internal  machine  addresses,  server  names,  server  types,  or
                   software version numbers
               •   Discussing about SHTPL information in common areas like Lift, Lobby, and Cafeteria etc. and even with
                   friends, relatives, neighbors or any other unauthorized persons

               II.C  Safety Policy


               Introduction

               The objective of this policy is to communicate the intent of the company to establish standards and norms
               for employee safety. This policy covers all employees of  SHTPL.

               Policy statement

               All employees of SHTPL will have to follow the safety rules of the company. The rules are as follows:
