II.J Seating Plan
Updated seating plan of the floor with seat numbers mapped to occupants is always available with Admin
Manager and Human Resources.
Seats are aligned and allocated in line with organizational and departmental needs.
All stakeholders – viz – Reporting Managers, Admin department and IT department is informed before an
employee joins. Reporting managers can refer to the seating plan and decide the seating for the new joinee.
Once the seat is allocated members are required to stick to the same in the best interest of the team. Members
are not allowed to float around or change their seat without intimating their RM, Admin, HR and IT in writing.
En masse changes in seating are to be discussed with effected teams in conjunction with Admin, IT and HR for
planning the implementation.
II.K Meeting Rooms Usage
There is one big Conference Hall, Huddle Room and several smaller meeting rooms available for meetings and
discussions.
When using any of these, following decorum to be observed:
• All meeting rooms are to be used only for meetings, small group discussions or client calls involving more
than one person
• Associates need to pre-inform and book the meeting rooms in advance with the reception
• Associates are required to enter timings in the register kept at the reception
• Associates are required to leave the white board clean and blank erasing all content once meeting gets done
• Lights, Fans and ACs need to be switched off
• Meeting rooms must be left in a clean and organized state once meetings get over
• Associates are requested to ensure no personal belonging, stationary etc. is left inside
• Larger Conference Hall is to be used only when Six or more associates need to sit together
• Mobile phones need to be on silent modes when in meeting
• No food items are allowed to be consumed inside meeting rooms
• Meeting rooms are not to be used for receiving personal visitors or making personal phone calls
III. CERTIFICATION FEE REIMBURSEMENT
SHTPL supports the development of skills and expertise to secure increased responsibility and growth within
their professional careers. In keeping with this principle, the Company has established a reimbursement
program for certification expenses incurred through approved sources of education that are aligned with SHTPL
business focus. This policy outlines certifications that are eligible for reimbursement and the process to claim
reimbursement of the certification exam fees.
This policy is applicable to all Employees of SHTPL across India.
Eligibility
• Employees are eligible to appear for all certification exams appearing on list of approved certifications in
this policy
