               Information Security / Data Protection


               All Business and Personal Information or data must be kept secured and must be used solely as authorized by
               SHTPL and must not be used for personal interests nor given to unauthorized persons inside or outside of
               SHTPL.

               Information related to the operations, about business, Employees, Customers, Products and services, data and
               resources  in  all  its  forms, planning  and  financial  status  of  company  are  valuable  assets  and  shall  be  kept
               confidential. All such confidential information is proprietary, and any unauthorized disclosure or use is a serious
               offense.

               Policy Applies to

               This policy is applicable to all information and data owned or controlled by SHTPL and practices it maintains.

               Failure to Comply

               Any Employee found to have violated this policy would be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including
               termination of  employment.

               Employee Responsibilities

               To secure the information, employees need to follow the policies laid by the management. For this employee
               should be aware of things what he/she has to do and what not.

               DO:

               •   The data they created on the corporate systems shall remain the property of SHTPL and the management shall
                   have the complete right to use the data for SHTPL
               •   Employee  is  responsible  for  protecting  and  not  disclosing  the  security  related  information  (Client’s
                   information, Passwords etc.) with relatives, friends & neighbors, unauthorized customers/clients, vendors,
                   and unknown visitor
               •   Disclose all your belongings when ever asked on security grounds
               •   Maintain all official physical or soft copies of information properly filed, named and placed in appropriate
                   storage
               •   Lock your system whenever you are leaving your workstation
