a- The Posture of “Apparent Close Up” (or “Pushing forward
& Pulling Hands back” just terminated at the “Clibming Moutain
Stance”, enter the “Rub Clounds” Sytance as done in the form
of No. 3 above.
b- Do it 3 rounds along twisting waist. (13)

14- Left Rub Clouds: Do the same as previously. Slowly stand
up from the posture of “Sitting on Crossed Legs with Slanting
Hands”. Drop left heel to the left side at the North to form the
(1) (2) (3) (4) “Fourth-Six” Stance. Press left foot down to form the “Climbing
Mountain Stance” with folded left knee & stretched the right leg
at the rear. While doing that, two arms are turning round
towards the left side to form 3 rounds of the “Left Rub Clouds”
Stance (fig.16-27).

13- Sitting on Crossed Legs with Slanting Hands:
Do the “Sitting on Crossed Legs with Slanting Hands” as
previously. Once the “Right Rub Clouds” Stance begins to enter

the toes of both feet as axis for twisting waist towards the right
side, then slowly enter the “Sitting on Crossed Legs” Stance, at
