14 The Unforgettable Moments in Life

fire for the BBQ. While the adults are preparing everything for the night’s celebration, the kids

play on their iPad or phones and wait for one of the adults to call for help. A few hours later the

food is ready. The house looks amazing and the food smells so good!

After eating the kids and adults gather around the Christmas tree to get ready to open their

presents. They take a family picture first to capture the moment. Some of the adults are recording

the kids opening their presents so that they can post the videos on social media. Everyone is so

happy that they got presents for Christmas.

Eventually, it is time to start cleaning up the wrapping and cleaning up the place before

leaving to go to her uncle’s house. Bella’s uncle is laid back, always wearing t-shirts and long

jeans, sometimes even shorts. He always throws the best party on Christmas day so all the

relatives can celebrate together. After having a blast at her uncle’s house they go home and

change into their pajamas to watch Christmas movies and eat cookies. Once the movie ends they

tell the kids that it is time to sleep. The next day they take down the decorations because it’s the

26th of December.
