    Introduction/Warm Up Aerobic warm up of large muscle groups and cardiovascular system -
    This unit will focus on the following: Definitions (from dictionary.com)    Closure/Cool Down Review the definition of balance, speed and agility and
    Agility: the power of moving quickly and easily  Balance: a state of bodily equilibrium    how our body can achieve them in different ways.
    Coordination: Harmonious functioning of muscles or groups of muscles in the execution of
    movements.
    Today’s lesson will focus on balance and how our bodies can balance in many different ways
    Learning Activities/Teaching Strategies
    1.  Set up – Teacher will put the Hoops and Rope in different direction
       before the class                                                   Equipment: Cones, Baton, Hoops, Dot Marker
    2.  Teacher Will Bring the Students from the class in a proper line taking
       care of the discipline and will arrange them for the activity.
    3.  Teacher will start the class with the warm up activity.
    4.  Teacher will introduce and explain the activity to the class
    5.  Teacher will divide and ask the students to do the activity as a team.
    6. Game 1 Team Running. On the teacher GO one runner from each team   Assessment Ideas:

    8. Game 3 Ball Pass. Teacher will make the team sit. On teacher GO the   D – student’s ability to participate actively, willingly, and safely in balance &
       first runner stands and runs with the ball, comes back and sit in front   body and space awareness activities
       of the line passing the ball to the last runner, as soon the last runner
       gets the ball he stands and runs. Teams does it again and again till the
       first runner becomes the last.
    9. Game 4 Cone and Hoop Exchange On the teacher go the first runner
       from each team takes a start with the hoop and exchange the hoop with
       the cone placed at the end line, brings it and gives it to the next runner
       and the other and the other till the last runner.
