This unit will focus on the following: Definitions (from dictionary.com)
Patience: the capacity to accept or tolerate delay, problems, or suffering
without becoming annoyed or anxious.
Coordination: Harmonious functioning of muscles or groups of muscles in
the execution of movements.
Learning Activities/Teaching Strategies
1. Set up – Teacher will put the setup in the classroom. Teacher will put
the tape on the floor.
2. Teacher will make students stand in teams maintaining discipline.
3. Teacher will start the class with the warm-up.
4. Teacher will introduce and explain the activity to the class.
5. Divide your class into 4 teams to play Hangama.
6. Teacher will toss or chit pick to know which team will start the game
first, second and on.
7. Teacher gives a team to select anyone option from NOUNS, e.g. if a team
selects person than a teacher puts blank spaces on the board for option
person. Assessment Ideas: A – Student's ability to maintain personal space
8. The team needs to guess it right within a given time i.e. Teacher will B – student’s cooperative, respectful, & safe behaviours.
