PARTICULAR ELECTRICAL SPECIFICATION

1.3 PRE-DESIGN INFORMATION

The Project Manager will provide information for the use of the Electrical Contractor to
determine the extent and scope of works associated with each individual project, this may
be inclusive of the following:

1. Architectural drawings and schedules
i. the existing store and kitchen equipment layout
ii. the proposed general arrangement drawing showing lobby furniture and kitchen
equipment layout including digital display equipment
iii. the proposed reflected ceiling plan showing lobby lighting
iv. fire escape route information
v. ceiling structure details
vi. detailed elevations
2. Civil & Structural engineers drawings:
i. below ground drainage drawings
ii. external road layout drawings (where applicable)
iii. foundation and structural beam details (where applicable)
3. Kitchen equipment supplier/installers layout drawings including power supply
requirements.
4. Digital equipment and KVS installers layout drawings

The Electrical Contractor will collaborate, co-ordinate and assist the other Contractors in the
production of a complete set of co-ordinated construction drawings.
