1A.4 Developer led project
Stage 2
Stage 2 identifies the development of
a project post Scheme Approval to the
point that Contracts can be exchanged.

collate the package of information required for Scheme Approval 2 and
issue to the External Project Manager for their approval and comments
9. Once agreed the External Project Manager will submit the project for
Scheme Approval 2. The External Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor
will be present at the Scheme Approval 2 Meeting
10. Should the project be approved at Scheme Approval 2 the Quantity
Surveyor will issue the Approved Stage 2 Pack and CV2 Investment
Appraisal [IA] summary to the RAM during the meeting
11. Following the meeting, the Internal Project Manager will complete and
issue the meeting minutes to the team (RAM, External Project Manager,
Quantity Surveyor, Architect, PD and Format)
12. If the CV2 Cost Plan is under the CV1 Cost Plan, the project will
proceed.
