1B.1 TCG led project

Overview

The Pre-Construction work flow process

for a TCG led project has been broken

down into 3 key stages:

Stage 0

This stage is not compulsory for all projects and is intended for use on marginal
sites only.
The RAM will decide if the Stage 0 process will be initialled or skipped and the
project to begin at Stage 1.

Stage 1

Early feasibility stages of the project to define the brief and budget for TCG’s
approval.

Stage 2

Developed Concept Design through to approved co-ordinated design,
including engagement with the full design team, enabling TCG to secure the
relevant planning consents and engage with the tender process through to the
appointment of Principal Contractor and exchange of contracts.
