warrants, or when the market is competitive.

an employee has a reduction in pay the Status Change Form must be

the form can be signed by General Manager.
Employee Travel
Precision Underground’s main headquarters is located in
Bismarck, ND. The Company requires its employees to provide
services to customers with job sites that cover the state of North Dakota
and possibly parts of South Dakota and Montana. All employees must
have the ability to travel and stay overnight as required by our customer
demand.
The term travel is defined as driving more than 51 miles from home or
more than 51 miles one way from one job site to the next job site.
When traveling on company business the employee is required to travel
in a company provided vehicle. Any use of personal vehicles at job
sites requires prior approval of a Project Manager. Even if your work
assignment is within driving distance to your home, we recommend
that you do not drive your own vehicle to a jobsite and authorization
from the Project Manager or General Manager will be required. We
do not want you to take on the personal liability of using your own
vehicle for work purposes. All employees are paid for traveling from
one jobsite to another jobsite if they are traveling in a company vehicle.
