3.     It is the member’s responsibility to submit national per capita tax directly
                       to the National Treasurer by September 30th of each year, as outlined in
                       the NCB.

               Section 3:     Membership Intake

               A.      The Chapter Vice President shall be responsible for the membership intake process as
                       chairperson of the Chapter Membership Committee. However, the Membership may elect
                       NOT to take in new members in a given Program Year.

               B.      New members may only be initiated once annually pursuant to the requirements outlined
                       herein and in the  NTCRCP, in conjunction with any non-conflicting procedures
                       promulgated by the Chapter Membership Committee, all subject to any overriding National
                       Bylaw and National procedural requirements.

               C.      Member-Sponsored Intake

                       1.     Prospective Members

                              a.     Each prospective member must have children between the ages of two and
                                     nineteen years.

                              b.     Each prospective member must reside within the territorial boundaries of
                                     the Chapter as defined in Article V – General hereof (see Appendix C –
                                     North Texas Chapter  of Jack and Jill of America, Inc.  Boundaries
                                     Map) or must reside in any shared boundaries for which the Chapter has a
                                     written “sharing agreement” on file with the National office.

                              c.     Each prospective member must fulfill the requirements for Chapter
                                     membership as outlined in these Bylaws and executed pursuant to the
                                     NTCRCP, in conjunction with any non-conflicting procedures
                                     promulgated by the Chapter Membership Committee, all subject to any
                                     overriding National Bylaw and National procedural requirements.

                              d.     Sponsorship forms are due no later than the date set by the membership
                                     committee.  Said form must be signed by the sponsor, said sponsor must be
                                     a member in Good Standing in the Chapter.

                              g.     The prospective members shall be presented to the Chapter in February,
                                     voting/elections may take place in  March, and  newly elected Members
                                     should be initiated prior to the May meeting, but always before the vote on
                                     the annual budget. The initiation ceremony shall NEVER be held later than
                                     May 31 .

                              h.     Prior to official application submission in February, a prospective member
                                     must be sponsored by an Active Member in Good Standing. Subject to
