humming. As a Lead IT Business Analyst
at SARGENT in New Haven, CT, it’s Djordje
Vrankovic’s job to make a difference in
implementing and maintaining these
technological advancements.
“I support [SARGENT] in any issues,
enhancements, process changes, or system
changes that are needed. This includes the
manufacturing shop floor and any users
supporting them from order entry to
invoicing and with everything in between.”
Djordje said about his job.
In the world of IT, the only constant is
change, and the problems any given day
will bring are anybody’s guess. Djordje
attributes his success to his adaptability
and his affinity for fresh challenges.
“In the IT world, there is no typical workday.
It’s what makes this role really exciting to
be in, and always gives you some kind of
challenge. One day you might be working
on an issue with an order processing on
the floor, a reporting issue the next, and
brainstorming how to maximize efficiency
in a process the following day… I always
get to experience new challenges.”
Djordje’s positivity and effectiveness has
proven infectious, and continually rubs
off on his bosses and colleagues. This was
especially true for Chris Mosby, General
Manager at SARGENT.

with a sincere and helpful attitude. He

Djordje is an avid athlete and sports fan, and
outside of work, you can find him playing
tennis or volleyball, or cheering on his home
country of Serbia on the soccer pitch.
