photos, programme notes, list of Supporters. Include supporter logos and
welcome page when necessary.

o Send copy to Committee for comment then send pdf file to printer

4. Reports
 Prepare a monthly report to the Executive Committee regarding progress on all
marketing and promotion as outlined above.
