You referred to ray converaation with you in which you agree

one third for me and two thirda for the Bahrain Government
so that the Government may have enough money to be well

3. The third point waa that we had diacuaaion about

ancient custom that landa gifted to meabera of the A1
Khalifah Family ahould revert to the Ruler on the death of
the person. I as a matter of meroy and in order to
aatiofy the A1 Khalifah Family, auggeated that a Family
Council may be formed ^t present of my brothers Shaikh
Muhammad and Shaikh 1Abdullah and my con Shaikh Salman,
who will consider how much ahould be given to the family
of the deceased, ahould he have any dearving family, ao
that the family of ouch person might not feel want and tha1
they should write down what in thoir opinion waa Just and
fair and then I will consider it and oee if the distribut
ion which they auggeated ie euifable affix ray seal to it,
ao that all might know tehat had been done. This ia the
best procedure by which they cannbe contented, and aa waa
mentioned by you, an arrangement would exist by which
dependants of deceased,if in need, should get a share
according xo their necessity. If God is willing, after this
is arranged and approved by you, a day will be fixed for
my brothers Shaikh Muhammad and Shaikh 'Abdullah and my
oon Shaikh Salman to sit and deal with their matters.
Then remains the second matter mentioned by you about the
eale of land belonging to the A1 Khalifah Family by a
member of the A1 Khalifah. As was mentioned by me to Your
