HEREAS by Treaty, Capitulation, grant, usage, sufferance,
v 7 and other lawful means His Majesty the King has
jurisdiction in Bahrein:
NOW, THEREFORE, His Majesty, by virtue and in exercise
of the powers in this behalf by the Foreign .Jurisdiction Act, 1890,
or otherwise in Ifis Majesty vested, is pleased, by and with the
advice of His Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as
follows:—
Part I.—Preliminary and General.
1. This Order may bo cited as ** Tlio Baliroin Order in Council, 1913.”
2. Tho limits of .this Order arc the islnnds and islets of Baliroin, including
tlio territorial waters thorcof, and all olhor territories, islands, and islots which
may bo included in tlio Principality and bo tho possessions of tho ruling Shoilch
of Bahrein, togethor with thoir territorial wators.
3. This Ordor is dividod into parts, as follows :—
