‫ ﻑ ﺍﻟﻠﻔﺔ ﺍﻻﻧﻜﻠﻴﺰﻳﺔ‬،‫ﻩ‬9‫ ﻭﺍﻟﻨﺺ ﺍﻟﻜﺎﻣﻞﻟﻷﺳﻄﻮﺭﺓ ﻣﻨﺸﻮﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻌﺪﻳﺪ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﺼﺎﺩﺭ‬،‫ﺭﻛﺰﺕ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺩﻟﻤﻮﻥ‬

Dilmun is clean; The land Dilmun is clean, the land Dilmun is most bright.

Who had lain by himself in Dilmun

The place, after Enki had lain with his wife,

That place is clean, that place is most bright;

In Dilmun the raven utters no cries,1>

The ittidu-bird» utters not the cyr of the /«(Jl٨-bird,

The lion kills not,

The wolf snatches not the lamb,

Unknown is the kid-devouring wild dog,

Unknown is the grain-devouring ,٠ .,

an old woman,» Its old man (says) not «I am an old man,» Unbathed is the

maid, no sparkling water is poured in the city,

Who crosses the river utters no ..٠,

The wailing priest wals not round about him,
