RECRUITING NURSE LEADERS - LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT & SUCCESSION PLANNING

      COMPENSATION AND SALARY SETTING

NRR assumed the responsibility of salary setting for the Clinical Nurse Director, Nursing Supervisor and
House Manager hires as of December 2019, for both interim and regular hires.

In FY 23, NRR set salaries for 56 nurse leader hires/ potential hires. Accurately crediting our leadership
candidates for their past RN and RN leadership experience against the salary model allows us to offer the
best compensation package to our new leaders.
