               13.18          Stock Removal



                                                               Any stock to be taken from an Inn must
                                                               have     an    accompanying       pass    out
                                                               authorisation  form.  Food  and  Beverage
                                                               left  overs  are  counted  as  company
                                                               stock.  Gifts  and  items  from  outside
                                                               companies  are  also  classed  as  stock
                                                               until permission is received to remove
                                                               it from the premises. Items left by a
                                                               guest  should  be  treated  as  lost
                                                               property and that procedure should be
                                                               followed.
