So, you are probably wondering what tea has
to do with taking better care of yourself. My
journey began as a burned-out wife, mom and
practicing physical therapist. One gift changed
my career path and started my entrepreneurial
journey. My husband gave me a flowering tea
for my birthday and I re-discovered my love for
        this delicious beverage. Drinking different
types of tea helped me relax, unwind and
become more centered. Researching the tea
industry led to the birth of my company,
        TeaScapes.

Did you know that tea is the second most

China, it is now grown all over the world and is
consumed daily in many cultures. Tea is a
healthy drink alternative that is rich in
antioxidants and other compounds that create
a natural way to relax and can be easily added
to your self-care routine. There are so many Herbal tisanes or infusions are also known as
