be addressed by increasing practical training during their studies.

3-0-7 Effective mechanisms are applied to evaluate the adequacy and quality of services

provided to students and measures their satisfaction with them; and the results are used for

improvement. *
There is a systematic evaluation and assessment that effectively measure the adequacy

and quality of the services provided to students through a statistical analysis of all the
mechanisms of communications, activities and opinion polls and identifying the main

strengths and opportunities for improvement, and implementation plans for
recommendations of improvement. The completion of this evaluation is conducted

regularly through student’s surveys jodah-platform. The results presented in (Annex 3-0-7-1)

primarily stem from student surveys for technical services. The overall findings indicate a very

satisfactory level of student satisfaction regarding the ratings for most survey statements. The
overall ratings is 3.46, showcasing high student satisfaction. A questionnaire, containing a series of

requests to gather valuable information from students, is consistently accessible on the student-

surveys platform. As students are central to the learning process, their motivation to respond to

all questionnaires is crucial, given their pivotal roles in shaping their own learning experiences and
achieving academic excellence. Initially, we sought customer satisfaction with fundamental

services like restaurants, utility services, etc. The results are detailed in (Annex S3-0-7-2). The

findings suggest a reasonably acceptable standard of services. To enhance basic services, it is

imperative to expand car parking facilities for students, work on establishing a mosque for prayers,
and increase the number of restaurants.
