Standard 4. Faculty
Faculty members are the primary source of knowledge and skills for students. They deliver
instruction, guide students through learning processes. Their expertise in their respective fields
ensures that students receive accurate, up-to-date information and develop the necessary skills to
succeed in their academic pursuits and future careers.
The program is keen on recruiting experienced faculty members according to the rules established
by the Ministry of Education and the University regulations in terms of qualifications, experiences
and specializations and based on the departments' needs. The recruitment process starts from the
announcement on the University website. The Chair of Department receives the applicants CVs
and documents; the department council identifies the highly qualified and approves the short-
listed candidates according to the department needs and submits them to the Dean of College,
and then to the Rector who approves such needs. Also, the program has highly qualified faculty
members and graduated from reputable universities, having long experience and teaching skills.
