responsibilities associated  with managing  and  accessing student records at  Al-Baha University.

            Banner Student System provides a flexible platform where each user can be given access to certain

            features based on the user’s requirements. These processes are clearly described in the webpage
            of the Deanship for Admission and Registration as well as in an admission guide (Annex S3-0-1-2).

            The registration of courses for students using the central electronic system (E-register) is done at

            the  beginning of each semester and continues  for a week according  to the academic calendar
            (Annex S3-0-1-3). Students are encouraged to carefully review the contents of (Annex S3-0-1-4)

            and (Annex S3-0-1-5) to ensure they have a thorough understanding of the semester registration

            process and can navigate it successfully. These documents likely serve as valuable resources to

            support students in completing their registration requirements.

            Satisfaction
            Average of students’  satisfaction rate  with  the various services offered by  the  program

            (restaurants, transportation, sports facilities, academic advising) on a five-point scale in an annual

            survey (KPI-P-10) in the academic year 1444H is found to be 3.36.


            3-0-2 The program provides basic information to students, such as study requirements, services,

            and financial fees (if any), through various means.


            MENG program as apart from Faculty of Engineering Al-Baha University have an Executive Rules
            for Study and Examination (Annex S3-0-2-1). Students are encouraged to thoroughly review the

            study plan provided in (Annex S3-0-2-2) on the web page to gain a comprehensive understanding

            of  the  MENG program's structure and requirements. This information can be instrumental in
            academic planning and  successful progression  through the  program.  Student administratively

            supported by the faculty and  financially by the Deanship of  Student Affairs  (Annex S3-0-2-3)

            3-0-3  Students are provided with effective academic, professional, psychological, and social

            guidance, and counseling services through qualified and sufficient staff.

            Al-Baha University established an Academic Advising Unit at  the University level under the
            supervision of Deanship of Student Affairs, and MENG has an academic advising unit at its level
