Areas and priorities for Improvement :
In this section, we explore the key areas and priorities for enhancement. These aspects can be
encapsulated as follows
• Motivating students to participate in surveys and provide appropriate feedback for
procedures toward improving facilities and equipment services.
• Building an effective mechanism for communicating with alumni and providing both
students and alumni with additional activities for their professional development,
consistent with the intended learning outcomes and labor market developments .
• Performing alumni engagement strategies such as involving them in events and activities
and take benefit from their experience.
• The need of engaging students in advisory Council and committees to enhance their
participation and develop the spirit of belonging to the college and the university, by
building bridges of partnership between them and the academic and administrative
authorities of the university.
• Building effective ways with alumni in order to involve them in events and activities and
share their professional expertise
• Applying operational ways to detect creative students in the program then perform an
appropriate program to motivate them and support each group of them.
Action recommendations:
• Attention must be given to the social and psychological guidance of students due to its
significance and impact on the formation of their personalities.
• There should be an emphasis on identifying and nurturing talented individuals through
departmental competitions, fostering motivation among the outstanding ones. Efforts
should also be intensified to support struggling students in overcoming challenges.
Additionally, the program must prioritize extracurricular activities to cultivate well-rounded
graduates who contribute to regional development.
