            Comments on Results:


            The self-evaluation of criterion 3, using the self-assessment scale, revealed ratings of 2-3 points out of 4.
            This assessment considered seven sub-criteria, with five of them scoring 3 points and the remaining two
            scoring 2 points. "Overall, this standard achieved a score of 3 out of 4, indicating that the standard has
            successfully reached its intended goal.


            3-0-1 The program applies approved and disclosed criteria and requirements for the admission,

            registration and graduation of students, the transition to another program and the equivalent of
            what students have previously learned, commensurate with the nature of the program and are

            applied fairly.

            The admission and registration processes for enrolment of students into bachelor of mechanical
            engineering (MENG) Program as part from Faculty of Engineering Al-Baha University are managed

            through a centralized electronic system (e-register) under the supervision of  Deanship  for

            Admission and Registration.  By leveraging the  Banner Student System, Al-Baha University can

            streamline its administrative processes, enhance data management, and provide a more efficient

            and tailored experience for both students and staff. It's important for users to receive appropriate
            training to maximize the benefits of such a comprehensive system. It's advisable for students and

            staff to familiarize themselves with the specific details outlined (Annex S3-0-1-1) in the Student

            Records Management  Policy document to  understand the processes,  guidelines,  and
