Information Technology (IT)

Vysnova’s Information Technology (IT) Department is supplied through a third party They provide IT
support throughout the PgM lifecycle. There are IT SOPs which detail how Vysnova interacts with the IT
Department and vice versa. The following are the various phases or stages of the IT Department
involvement in operations and should be followed in conjunction with the IT SOPs, not in place of.

IT Planning
As a standard practice, whether full or part-time, Vysnova staff will be issued a laptop computer, a
monitor, a mouse, and a keyboard to fulfill their role for the company. An exception exists in the case
that an employee’s role, such as working directly for a client on-site where the client provides all
hardware, software, and/or peripherals and the employee/consultant does not require a Vysnova
computer.

Vysnova computers hardware standards are classified into three (3) levels: Level 1, 2 and 3.

1. Level 1 computer configurations are designed for the average user and take in consideration
their requirements which include smaller and lighter laptops with narrow border screens and
advanced cooling solutions, so users can work comfortably anywhere. A wide array of ports
allows for remote office or conference room setup. Also includes camera options to support
video conferencing. These configurations are specifically designed for our mobile workforce.
Level 1 minimum computer configuration:

• CPU: Intel I5 Latest Generation or newer
• RAM: 16 GB (preferred)
• Screen size: 14”-15” average
• Hard Drive: SSD Disk with 512GB or higher
• Operating System: Windows 10 Pro
• Weight: Weight is a major consideration due to mobile workforce requirements

2. Level 2 computer configurations include similar characteristics with the addition of expanded
memory and peripherals (example numeric keypads) to accommodate heavier than usual visual
and storage requirements. Some of these requirements also include larger screens. These
configurations are specifically designed for the less-mobile users. Level 2 minimum computer
configurations:

• CPU: Intel I7 Latest Generation
• RAM: 16-32 GB
• Screen Size: 15”-17”
• Hard Drive: NVM2 SSD Disk with 512GB or higher
• Operating System: Windows 10 Pro
• Numeric Keypad: Standard for all finance and accounting personnel
• Weight: Weight is not a primary consideration
