Information Technology (IT)

3. Level 3 computer configurations are designed for power-users requiring additional memory as
well as smaller and/or more specialized equipment. Due to cost considerations, this
configuration requires management approval. The minimum capacity of a level 3 computer
system must be:

• CPU: Intel I7 Latest Generation
• RAM: 32 GB
• Screen Size: 14”-15 inches
• Hard Drive: NVM2 SSD Disk with 512GB or higher
• Operating System: Windows 10 Pro
• Weight: Less than 4 pounds

For CONUS projects, PMs can expect the usual standards to apply, and any deviation from these norms
must be discussed during the internal contract kickoff and approved by Senior Leadership. However, for
OCONUS projects, the PM may send a request to itrequests@vysnova.com for an in-depth consultation
with the IT Department on the IT needs of the project staff and/or field office as they deviate from the
norm. The IT Department will provide guidance of the IT equipment and software needed by the new
project office, including suggested sources for purchasing the IT equipment and advice on market price.
