Performance Evaluation Approval
After the employee and supervisor meet for the review of the employee’s PE, both parties will sign
the appropriate acknowledgement section, and return to HR. The employee will receive a copy of
the final, signed evaluation and the original will be placed in the employee’s personnel file. The PM
will ensure that the payroll company for OCONUS employees is provided with a copy of the
employee’s PE for their personnel file.
Tuition Reimbursement
Full-time employees, upon completion of their first 90 days, are eligible for up to $1,500/year of
reimbursement for approved tuition, trainings, courses, professional development, and
certifications. To submit a request for this benefit, employee must submit a Tuition and Training
Reimbursement form prior to taking the course with justification for reimbursement, including:
1. How the training, professional development or certification pertains to their position at Vysnova.
2. How the new skills obtained in training, professional development or certification will benefit
Vysnova.
3. The cost of the training, professional development, or certification.
The request form must be signed by the supervisor or department head and Human Resources. Upon
approval, the employee may make the purchase and submit a BER for reimbursement, attaching the
receipt/invoice and the Tuition and Training Reimbursement form as justification.
Termination of employment services
All Vysnova staff will be employed at will and employment will continue until termination with or
without cause or until employment is terminated by employee. Termination of employment services
may occur for a variety of reasons including poor work performance, misconduct, end of
employment agreement or by employee choice. Termination may be initiated by either the
employee or by the project. Notice periods are specified in each Employment Agreement, in
accordance with local laws and regulations. Employees are informed in writing, as well as verbally,
when possible, of their end of employment, with as much notice as is possible in each situation.
Teleworking and Telecommuting policy
Vysnova employees may, on an as-needed basis, or as a condition of employment, have need to
telework. This approval is given on a case-by-case basis for each employee, as approved by their
supervisor (e.g., PM), except for in extenuating circumstances. The Telework Policy and approval
