supplier, their senior consultant, was also a university
professor in Brussels. They felt almost privileged.
For my part, I had to take the plane on Thursday morning
(it was a three-and-a-half-hour flight), teach from 4 to 6 p.m. and
take the plane again at 7.30 p.m., arriving in Lisbon at
11.00 p.m. I was very tired.
While this may make you feel a little important the first
time, I can assure you that you're very tired, and that it
doesn't really add anything to the task in hand. It's just
misplaced pride.
Afterwards, I went through great lengths to avoid this kind
of incident.

14.2 Scientific coordinator at Ichec Entreprises

At ICHEC , I was in charge of the scientific coordination of

a special diploma in IT & Logistics for 4 years. This diploma
was organized for young entrepreneurs. Several courses
were given by specialists from different industry sectors.
As part of my course, I invited the German company
SAP to each session to present the various solutions for

managing logistics as a whole. These pragmatic
presentations were much appreciated by the participants, as
they complemented the theoretical principles that were
explained.
