                 is that the amount of money required to keep a
                 business this size going is substantial.
                      However, when government interference
                 closes our entire nation and will not allow ready,
                 willing, and able buyers to even leave their homes,
                 how can our business even have a chance? There
                 are many buyers who we have been speaking with
                 who have decided to stay home even though they

                 need to move. How can someone come visit our
                 homes when the news is threatening that our
                 leaders in government are going to ticket and
                 potentially jail our potential clients for leaving
                 their homes to come visit us?
                      While we are at a financial standstill due to
                 a  national  shutdown,  the  interest  clock  doesn’t

                 stop ticking. Let’s take a minute to look at the
                 financial responsibilities that we have committed
                 to  that  we  are  not  being  given  the  freedom  to
                 pursue in a free market. One model home has a
                 monthly cost of $2,500-3,000. Multiply that times
                 twenty-two and you get a $60,500 cost to operate
                 empty model homes. Each of our 550 plus lots
                 cost $200-300 per month in interest. That totals
                 $137,500 in interest on lots that we can’t sell

                 without customers coming in to look at them.
                      With 192 homes under contract and under
                 construction for buyers waiting for us to build their
