growing since our inception in December 2017.
We have faced time off due to hurricanes
hitting our corporate office in Wilmington,
North Carolina on multiple occasions. Our
Nashville office has been affected by tornados,
and all of our locations suffered through the ice
and snow storm that kept us locked in for weeks
during the winter of 2018. We have continued

to grow and take these setbacks in stride and
keep moving forward. In fact, we were up at
least 25 percent in some markets and as much as
750 percent in other locations! All while never
looking for help or a hand or any interference
from the government or our local elected
officials. Something we are quite proud of!

Since the start of this COVID-19 crisis in
January of 2020, our world has been turned upside
down. Our company’s employees are fearful and
in a completely different mindset that we never
imagined we would see. We do weekly group
employee interviews and have a hiring process
that only allows the best of the best to be able
to work with Window Ninjas. We are constantly
looking to hire excellent employees, which is a

big part of why we are growing in a manner that
is unprecedented for a company that is so young.
Our customers are generally older individuals
