Twenty-seven years, yes, that’s how long I
have been in business. My entire adult life, my
commercial cleaning business is all that I have
known. And now, in the matter of a few weeks,
that could possibly be all gone due to a virus that
is barely making a dent in the health of America.

So far, my company has been forced to lay off
over 100 hard-working individuals due to an
unrealized fear of the coronavirus.
As the government has decided to continue
to force businesses to close, this in turn has
directly affected my company, Multi-Clean, the
availability to create revenue to pay my employees.

The great fearmonger, the mainstream media,
has created and perpetuated fear. Unfortunately,
there are millions of people in our country who
follow and believe the media, and allow this fear
to be the fuel for the panic engine across America.
Hospitals in my own city of Tulsa, Oklahoma
are cutting hours of the staff and having to lay off
nurses and medical workers. This makes no sense
at all. Where are all the sick people the news is

telling us about?
Most of our employees literally live paycheck
to paycheck. How do I explain to my employees
