October 2022: Mimi La

During the past several months, Mimi La has been integral to the successful delivery of
multiple highly visible improvement efforts at the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC).
NRC has been dealing with the rollout of G-Invoicing and Mimi has been key to the client's
success. She worked with the NRC Administrative Division to create As-Is and To-Be models
for the implementation of G-invoicing at the NRC. These models integration with the NRC's
procurement and financial systems. She facilitated client As-Is and To-Be requirements
sessions for G-invoicing. As issues arose, Mimi tracked open items for G-invoicing
implementation and worked with clients to ensure they were addressed. Mimi is now working
on G-invoicing Quick Reference Guides for use at NRC. Concurrently, Mimi worked with
the CFO's office on independent testing and verification of the implementation of a new HR
system. She performed critical comparisons of data between old HR system and new HR
system to identify discrepancies. She tested the functionality of the new HR system and verified
interface data between the new HR system and the financial system. Mimi also worked with
the CFO's office, reviewing their existing salaries and benefits processes. She documented
current payroll processes and made significant contributions to MIL's gap analysis and
                                    recommendations for improvements.
