Marsha Rinehart, the third child of Bill and Shirley,
became a full-time Kokosing team member in 1983.
Marsha pioneered and managed the human resources,
risk management, education and safety departments.
Her deep commitment to safety pushed Kokosing’s safety
measures into a nationally-recognized, award-winning
program along with significant safety improvements in
the unions and construction industry associations. Marsha
ensured the Core Values were prioritized on an executive
management level, and advocated for the well-being of
team members which established a company culture that
facilitates collaboration and teamwork.
