THREE MOLDED PORCELAIN SNUFF BOTTLES
1840-1880
The first of flattened ovoid form, decorated in relief on one side with
a crane beneath a pine tree, covered overall with a brown glaze; the
second of flattened pear shape, molded with a dragon in pursuit of a
flaming pearl, sprayed with patches of green to imitate jadeite; and the
third also of flattened ovoid shape, decorated with an ancient pine tree
growing from a crevice between jagged rocks, covered with a yellow
glaze.

Of ovoid form, brightly enameled and molded in high relief with the
‘Eighteen Luohan’ with their attributes, against a dense cloud ground,
the recessed foot bearing a Qianlong seal mark in iron-red.
