AN IMMORTAL LEANING ON A ROCKY
OUTCROP
18TH CENTURY
The fgure is shown wearing long robes
and a belt from which hangs a ribbon-tied
pendant, his body leans slightly forward as he
rests his arms on an openwork rocky outcrop
and holds a scroll in his right hand.

A YELLOW JADE LOTUS LEAF-FORM CUP
18TH-19TH CENTURY
The cup is carved as an upturned leaf, the
edges of the lotus leaf gently folding back to
form the rim, and the sides carved with the
veins of the leaf, the stem curving out from
the base and to the side along with another
smaller leaf and a stem of millet. The stone is
of pale yellow tone with fecks of white and
light reddish brown.
