A LARGE BLUE AND WHITE BRUSH POT
KANGXI PERIOD (1662-1722)
The brush pot is decorated in vibrant tones of blue with an oficial, his
attendant and horse, followed by a pair of boys holding banners, a spotted
deer, a crane and a pair of fgures carrying goods, all in a continuous landscape.

A GROUP OF FIVE BLUE AND WHITE ‘DRAGON’ DISHES
KANGXI PERIOD (1662-1722)
Each dish is decorated to the interior with a central roundel enclosing two
dragons, one emerging from clouds above and the other from waves below,
all below a band of fowers to the rim. The exteriors are decorated with a band
of dragons emerging from waves. Each base is painted with an apocryphal
Chenghua mark.
