           THREE ACCESSORIES
           Embroidered fan case: Qing dynasty
           The first a black ground folding fan case, finely embroidered on both
           sides in Peking knot-stitches with large blossoms and svastika symbols
           enclosed by ‘T’ pattern, all below a large ruyi head; the second a hinged
           gilt metal cigarette case elaborately decorated with a pagoda and a
           palace compound to the forefront, and the mighty Fuji Mountain soaring
           in the background, the reverse decorated with the Fuji Mountain and a
           ferocious dragon; the last a boxwood carving of a squatting boy holding a
           covered box, now attached to a tasseled and knotted cord as a necklace.
           11in (28cm) length of folding fan case (3).

           TWO ENAMELED SILVER BRACELETS
           Late Qing/Republic period                               635
           Each constructed with three-hinged sections and a clasp mount, the
           first a gilt silver bracelet inset with a carnelain plaque carved as a seated
           boy surrounded by symmetrically arranged enameled designs including
           shou characters, endless knots, bats, and lingzhi sprigs, the second
           a silver bracelet inlaid with a jade plaque carved in openwork as a
           flower-head, surrounded by carefully enameled shou characters, and
           auspicious bats and clouds.
           2 1/2 ad 2 3/4in (6.4 and 7cm) wide (2).

           with humped stretchers, the top panel a single panel of unidentified light
           colored soft wood.
