over or stop prior to receiving a cell phone call, employees should utilize a hands-free
                 device for increased safety, keep the business conversation brief, and immediately
                 locate a safe area to park. Jones-Hamilton Co. does not permit employees to drive
                 while using a hand-held cell phone. Absolutely no text messaging or responding to e-
                 mails is allowed while driving.

                 PERSONAL USE OF COMPANY CELL PHONE

                 Employees  who  are  provided  a  company  cell  phone  may  use  it,  within  reason,  for
                 personal use, subject to the policies in this Handbook, including regarding the Jones-
                 Hamilton Co. ability to access, search, inspect, and monitor company cell phones and
                 devices,  including  any  information  and  communications  stored  on  them.  Misuse  or
                 excessive personal use may result in discipline, up to and including termination from
                 employment.  Employees may be asked to pay for excessive nonbusiness use including
                 but not limited to damage of the phone.

                 SOLICITATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF LITERATURE
                 In order to ensure efficient operation of Jones-Hamilton Co.’s business and to prevent
                 disruption to employees, we have established control of solicitations and distribution of
                 literature on Jones-Hamilton Co. property. Jones-Hamilton Co. has enacted rules
                 applicable to all employees governing solicitation, distribution of written material, and
                 entry onto the premises and work areas. All employees are expected to comply strictly
                 with these rules. Any employee who is in doubt concerning the application of these
                 rules should consult with his or her supervisor.

                 Face-to-face solicitation by an employee of another employee is prohibited during the
                 working time of either person. Working time is defined as time when an employee’s
                 duties require that he/she be engaged in work tasks. No literature shall be posted
                 anywhere on the premises without the authorization of Human Resources.

                 Solicitation and/or distribution of material on Company property by persons not
                 employed by Jones-Hamilton Co. are prohibited at all times. Distributions by electronic
                 means are subject to different restrictions found in the Internet, Electronic
                 Communications System Usage Policy.

                 CONDUCTING PERSONAL BUSINESS

                 Employees are to conduct only Jones-Hamilton Co. business while at work. Employees
                 may not conduct personal business or business for another employer during their
                 scheduled working hours.

                 BULLETIN BOARD

                 Jones-Hamilton Co. maintains bulletin boards located in common areas. Bulletin boards
                 are used to provide information to employees concerning Company related business.
                        • Employees cannot post material on Jones-Hamilton Co. bulletin boards unless
                          given permission in advance by the Human Resources Manager.
                        • Bulletin boards will be updated monthly.

                        • Posted items will be dated and will be removed after 2 weeks.
