OFF-DUTY USE OF FACILITIES

                 Employees are prohibited from remaining on Jones-Hamilton Co. premises or making
                 use of Jones-Hamilton Co. facilities while not on duty. Employees are expressly
                 prohibited from using Jones-Hamilton Co. facilities, property or equipment for personal
                 use.



                 SMOKING, NICOTINE DELIVERY, AND TOBACCO POLICY

                 Smoking, using smokeless tobacco, and/or using vapor products in the Jones-Hamilton
                 Co. offices, warehouse, or other work facilities are strictly prohibited.  Smoking, using
                 smokeless tobacco, and/or using vapor products are allowed only in the designated
                 areas. This policy relates to all work areas at all times, including before and after
                 normal working hours.
                  Designated Smoking Areas at the Walbridge, Ohio and Richburg, South Carolina plants
                 are defined as:

                     •  West fence line at or within close proximity to the Employee Gate (Gate 2); and

                     •  Inside one’s personal vehicle while it is parked in a designated parking spot in
                        the Employee Parking Lot
                 Employees violating this Policy may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and
                 including termination of employment.


                 USE OF ELECTRONIC MEDIA

                 Jones-Hamilton Co. uses various forms of electronic communication including, but not
                 limited to computers, e-mail, telephones, and the Internet. All electronic
                 communications, including all software, databases, hardware, and digital files, remain
                 the sole property of Jones-Hamilton Co. and are to be used for Jones-Hamilton Co.
                 business. Employees may make reasonable, limited use of email and electronic
                 communications for personal use, subject to the provisions of this Handbook.
                        ▪  Company-owned equipment, electronic communication and media may not
                            be used in any manner that would be discriminatory, harassing, retaliatory,
                            bullying or obscene, or for any other purpose that is illegal or against the
                            policies in this Handbook.

                        ▪  Employees who misuse electronic communications and engage in
                            defamation, copyright or trademark infringement, misappropriation of trade
                            secrets, discrimination, harassment, or related actions will be subject to
                            discipline and/or immediate termination.
                        ▪  Employees may not install personal software on Jones-Hamilton Co.
                            computer systems.
                        ▪  All electronic information created by any employee using any means of
                            company-owned electronic communication and stored on company
                            computers, phones, devices or networks is the property of Jones-Hamilton
                            Co. and remains the property of Jones-Hamilton Co.  Personal passwords
