Office employees who make regular visits to the Plant can be expected to adhere to
Plant appropriate attire.

VISITORS

All visitors must register at the front desk upon entering the building and will be
furnished with an identification badge, unless other temporary procedures are in place.
A visitor is any person, including former employees, not currently on the Jones-
Hamilton Co. payroll. Unauthorized visitors should be politely informed of Company
policy and escorted out by a supervisor or by any employee of Jones-Hamilton Co.
Minor children (under 18 years of age) are not authorized to visit the plant areas,
unless prior approval has been granted by the President.

NEWS MEDIA CONTACTS

Employees may be approached for interviews or comments by the news media. Only
contact people designated by the President or the Board of Directors may comment to
news reporters or the media on Jones-Hamilton Co.’s behalf, regarding policy, business
operations, or events which are relevant to Jones-Hamilton Co.
