As it is rarely advantageous to appear disoriented, those who often
        do really are.

        The dangerous mind is not out of control but too much in it.

        The relationship of school to student depends upon which is grist for
        the other’s mill.

        The path of self-denial leaves a lot to be desired.

        With more people being themselves, whether things are getting better
        or worse depends upon your view of human nature.

        Headaches are gauged by hair pressure.

        If genetics can trace the origin of all living things to but one among a
        multitude of potential founders, then the primary characteristic of life
        has to be the ability to eliminate its competition.

        Never to bite the bullet is always to dodge it.

        Refuse to listen to yourself by choice, and you’ll never hear you’ve
        lost your voice.

        Mystics want to transcend the body; I’d simply like to ignore it.

        Animals  don’t  think  they  are  funny,  but  are  so  more  often  than
        people who do.

        A wit and a wag is a bit of a drag.

        Fast talkers cover their meaning with a thick plaster of fiction; slow
        talkers  let  you  make  up  your  own  lies  to  cover  the  holes  in  their
        diction.

        No one is safe until everyone is safe.
