RADICAL LOVE

Remember, this valley is only a shadow of death. Shadows are not

substance, and they are not real. This situation felt like death, but in
truth, it was the gateway to resurrection life, greater spiritual authority,

          and freedom.

Shadows can only form where there is light, which is indicative of

God’s promise never to leave us nor forsake us. And they always

appear bigger than the object they are mirroring. The devil is an expert
at instilling terror into people through his despicable strategy of making

mountains out of molehills—portraying situations to be far worse than
they are and barking louder than God’s still and gentle, but superior,

          voice.

He did his absolute utmost to get me off course, and would have
succeeded but for the grace of God—who gave me the faith to believe

in His report (even if by a thread at times!).

God showed me, through various means, that despite what most people

believed—and even though my husband said time and again that he

was never coming back—He would bring us back together at the
          appointed time.

Throughout the entire journey, God was drawing out of my suffering a
greater measure of resurrection life in Him. He wrought in me love and

the greater fruit of the Holy Spirit, courage, and peace. I got to know
God—both as my strong and protective Father and my gentle,
