Mrs. Jenkins walked Steve and an entourage of servants to the
elevator, down to the first floor and down a long corridor.
Another double door was opened and Steve was escorted into
a large very dark room with plush leather sofas and chairs, a
large fountain along the wall in front of the windows, which
were curtained so as to keep it dark. There were many
exquisite Persian Rugs scattered across the large marble floor.
Each rug had its own furniture as if it was a separate private
meeting area. Mrs. Jenkins walked to the largest and sat with
Steve on the biggest plushest black leather sofa he had ever
seen.
As many times as the staff had seen Nanosh, it was always
shocking how beautiful she was. These robotic automatons
seemed to come all discombobulated and trip over one
another, taking forever to get anything done when she was in
the room. Steve did not notice anything else once she entered
the room.
Mrs. Jenkins would ask him questions he would not hear for
several seconds. When he finally answered he couldn’t say
anything coherent. Mrs. Jenkins and Janine giggled to one
another. Mrs. Jenkins tried her level best to make Steve
