Lazy Cake

Ingredients:

2 cups Bisquick
1 lb brown sugar
4 eggs
1 cup pecans

Mix and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Lemon Bars

Ingredients:

1 cup butter (cold)
2 cups flour
½ cup powdered sugar
pinch of salt

Cut butter into flour, sugar, and salt. Put into a 9x13
pan. Pat down good. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile....

Beat 4 eggs, until just mixed. Add:
2 cups sugar
12 Tbsp lemon juice
4 Tbsp flour

Pour on top of hot crust and bake 20 minutes or
longer. Sprinkle powdered sugar over bars before
cutting.

This is quick, easy and slightly lemony treat. My
family loves it.
